As a Web Graphics Designer, you will collaborate with our design and development teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly web graphics that enhance our online presence.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for design and a desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The main responsibilities of the position include: Turn requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and present them accordingly Work closely with Copywriters, UI/UX designers and internal teams in creating and designing the promotional and marketing material for the company’s needs both online and offline Design digital features for products such as the Web Trader, Member’s Area, and the Mobile App Design promotional material for digital campaigns such as web banners, landing pages, social media visuals, infographics, and educational related guides Design for the company’s product updates, such as additional website pages, new sections, icon sets and component libraries Ensure finalised designs are visually engaging, are on-brand and meet the designated media type requirements, legal and copyright standards, processes and procedures Cooperate with external associates for the production of marketing, advertising and promotional material Keep up-to-date with recent technological and software development within the web and graphics design field Main requirements: Degree in Web or/and Graphic Design At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services, fintech or advertising agencies is considered a plus Portfolio of at least 2 completed design projects (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration) Experience in Digital Product Design (websites and mobile apps) Proficient knowledge of design software such as Figma (Sketch or InVision) and Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) Strong aesthetics and graphic design skills Creative and passionate about graphic/web design Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously Strong prioritisation and time management skills Very good communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of English Benefit from: Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward Intellectually stimulating work environment Continuous personal development and international training opportunities All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
